At the moment we only ship to the USA, Canada and the UK using the EMS courier service. Shipping cost is included in the product price.
Shipping will take 2-4 weeks from the moment of sending. Once your order has been dispatched you shall be sent an email with your tracking number. Please note, the EMS shipping time is longer dependent on the local postal service of your country.
At the moment we only accept PayPal or card payments using the Boosty platform. Please note that each payment is a donation and is non-refundable.
Once your payment has been received you shall be sent an email with confirmation of your order and the date your order will be ready and shipped. The order will not be started until payment has been received.
Please note that all products are made-to-order and production will take 1-3 weeks before your order is being shipped (timescales may vary during busy periods). The exact date when your order will be ready and shipped, you will know after your order is confirmed.
Parcels sent by Ccwdmoss are not subject to customs duties (with the exception of the European Union and those Asian countries where the tax applies to all types of parcels). Therefore, be sure that the postman will simply deliver your order to the address provided by you.
If your order consists of multiple products, we reserve the right to make separate deliveries. You will be informed if your order is subject to separate deliveries. You will not be charged with additional delivery costs for separate deliveries.
Ccwdmoss cannot be held liable for unforeseen delays or delays attributable exclusively to the Courier Service.

The Customer cannot return product that are made-to-order. So please choose your product size carefully and use the size guide.
Due to the particular production process, your final product may have slight variations from the images, making the object you receive truly unique unto you.
